  The flying club Louis Notteghem of Saint-Yan decided to use Openflyers in 2018, for the reservation and accounting part.
  
  The migration from our old system to Openflyers took place very quickly, all our specificities were taken into account.
  
  It only took us a few days to get the application in hand and benefit from all its features, and our pilots quickly adapted to the flight booking and booking system.

  I would like to thank the Openflyers team for their ongoing commitment to support flying clubs in their day-to-day operations.

  I noticed that the Openflyers team listens to users in order to improve the ergonomics of both the pilot interface and the administrator interface. Indeed, developments in recent years have helped relieve the daily work of often volunteer administrators (listing of enrollment, AERAL report, activity report, link with the account, automated access limitation, etc.).

  With the latest enhancements, drivers are increasingly empowered to update their information reliably and securely. Validation of this data remains the responsibility of the administrators in accordance with the regulations.

  It has been very nice to work with you and your team for 5 years on OpenFlyers, even if it is, like any software and beyond anything, always perfectible.

  I particularly appreciated:

  • accounting management that does not require any accounting software for a medium-sized structure like ours
  • the flexibility of certain user-configurable parts (it has often been useful to me): modification of product and activity billing formulas, custom SQL reports, parameterization of validities, activities and resources
  • in the same vein: the test base
