A seamless experience from the moment you log in

Until now, when a user wanted to renew their membership or another validity period, they had to navigate to the menu: Planning > Data > Personal > Validity periods.

Now, the process is completely seamless: as soon as they log in, users are taken directly to a dedicated page where they can renew their subscription with a single click, without having to search through the menus.

Integrated personal data verification

To streamline this annual or periodic administrative task, this new interface also includes a summary of the user’s personal data.

This enables them to:

• Immediately check that their personal details, addresses and contact information are up to date.
• Renew their subscription and make the payment via their user account instantly and securely.

This development saves users valuable time and significantly reduces the workload for managers and administrators, whilst ensuring they have a qualified and up-to-date user base when it comes to re-engagement.

Enable Express Renewal

To make use of this new interface, a manager with an admin profile must:

• Go to Admin › Structure › Settings › General
• Toggle on the Offer validity renewals for self-service purchase switch
• Toggle on the switch for each desired validity type
• Click the Save button
